These terms govern your use of Classic Ludo (the "Game"), available at ludo.learninclusive.co.uk and on Facebook Instant Games. By playing, you agree to them.
Classic Ludo is a free-to-play dice game. You can play against bots or pass-and-play on one device with no account, or create/join an online room to play with friends, which needs either a guest session or a registered account (email/password or Facebook Login).
Coins are a virtual in-game currency with no real-world monetary value. Coins can be earned by playing, watching optional ads, or logging in daily, and — where enabled — purchased with real money. Coins can never be exchanged, redeemed, or cashed out for real money, goods, or anything of monetary value, by any player, under any circumstances. Coins have no value outside the Game and are not a form of property. We can adjust coin rewards, prices, or the economy at any time.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or play online. If you're under the age of majority where you live, you should review these terms with a parent or guardian, especially before making any real-money purchase.
Playing as a guest doesn't require an account — your progress is stored on your device only, and can be lost if you clear your browser/app data. A registered account (email/password or Facebook Login) syncs your coins, level, and progress across devices. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure; contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Real-money coin purchases are processed by Stripe (website) or Facebook's own payments system (Facebook Instant Games) — see the Privacy Policy for how those work. All purchases are final; coins are delivered digitally at the time of purchase and, per the Virtual currency section above, are not refundable except where required by law.
Play fair. Don't attempt to exploit, cheat, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Game or other players' ability to use it, including manipulating the coin economy through means other than normal play. We can suspend or remove access for accounts that do this.
The Game is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted — online multiplayer in particular depends on a live network connection and a third-party database service, both outside our direct control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game, including loss of progress, coins, or account data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Game is limited to the amount (if any) you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
We may update these terms as the Game changes. Continued use of the Game after an update means you accept the revised terms.
You can stop playing at any time. We can suspend or terminate access to the Game or a specific account for violating these terms, including the acceptable-use rules above.
