Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 8, 2026

This policy explains what data Classic Ludo (the "Game"), available at ludo.learninclusive.co.uk and on Facebook Instant Games, collects and how it's used.

Information we collect

Advertising

On Facebook Instant Games, Classic Ludo shows optional rewarded video ads (watch an ad for bonus coins) through Meta Audience Network. Ads are only ever shown when you choose to tap "Watch an ad" — never automatically. Meta's own policies govern how Audience Network uses data for these ads; see Meta's Privacy Policy for details. The website version does not currently show any ads.

Payments

Real-money coin purchases are processed by Stripe (website) or Facebook's own payments system (Facebook Instant Games) — we never see or store your card details ourselves.

Children's privacy

The Game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us at smilekisan100@gmail.com and we will remove it.

Data retention

Online game rooms and their data are temporary and are not retained for long-term storage or analysis beyond what's needed to keep a match running. Registered accounts' coin/level progress is kept until you ask us to delete it (see Contact below).

Your choices & deleting your data

You can clear your locally stored device identifier at any time by clearing the app's storage (or your browser's site data for the web version). This doesn't affect your ability to play — a new identifier is created automatically. If you've registered an account (email/password or Facebook Login), email smilekisan100@gmail.com with the address or Facebook account you signed in with, and we'll delete your account record and progress within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Game changes. Continued use of the Game after an update means you accept the revised policy.
